We start with a basic explanation of Strategic Planning for the artist as a business person. This apparently boring topic is actually the foundation upon which your successful art business will be built.
Most artists, even the ones with modest success, don’t know much about business strategies. There are a large variety of models for Strategic Planning, but most available planning tools do not contain useful information for selling art (do an internet search on the term: “strategic planning”).
Our approach is to distill arcane corporate “business-speak” jargon into a model that is workable for your art business.
